Booking Requests
Submitting a request through this website, by email or by phone does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed it with you directly. Rates, availability and any applicable policies will be provided at the time of confirmation.
Accuracy of Information
Please provide accurate pickup locations, times, passenger counts, luggage details and flight or cruise information. Inaccurate information may affect our ability to provide your ride as planned.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Any change or cancellation terms that apply to your reservation will be communicated when your booking is confirmed.
Passenger Conduct
For everyone's safety, passengers are expected to follow the chauffeur's reasonable instructions and all applicable laws. We may refuse or end service if a passenger's conduct puts the chauffeur, other passengers or the vehicle at risk.
Delays Outside Our Control
We plan every ride carefully, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, airline or cruise schedule changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
